Cancellation Policy

A deposit of $300 or more must be made to book our Sound System and DJ services; $250 for Smoke and Cold spark. All deposits go towards the total cost and are non-refundable, no exceptions. You may pay the amount in full if you wish before the day of the event. Final payment must be made in full on the date of your event. If it is a two day event, it will be expected on day 2. DAY 2 event considerations: For day 2 of event, if moving sound system equipment from one ballroom to another, WITHIN THE SAME ADDRESS will be an additional cost of $150. If moving equipment to another location, with a different address it will be an additional cost of $300. Please note that DJ services are not included when you book for SOUND SYSTEM RENTAL, you are booking for sound system only. If you want to include DJ for bands intermission, etc it is an additional cost of $300. If you book for DJ services, speakers will be included. These are two separate services that will require different equipment. Thank you for understanding. OVERTIME: Each additional hour of entertainment will be $100.00 per hour past the agreed upon time. CANCELLATION: Notice of 24 hours from the start time of the event must be given by either party in the event of a cancellation for any reason. Failure to notify us at least 24 hours prior to the start of your event of cancellation will result in a 100% penalty of the entire balance of the event and will be due to Guila Sound Ent. The reason for cancellation of your event will be considered by Guila Sound Ent. and a decision will be made to determine if the balance due will be discounted or waived. If the starting time of your event is delayed because of circumstances beyond the control of Guila Sound Ent., such as hazardous weather, poor road conditions, mechanical problems, or any uncontrollable reasons, Guila Sound Ent. will attempt to fulfill this service agreement by adjusting the time or the fee accordingly, in order to satisfy you. Optional gratuity is not included in fee and should be based upon Guila Sound Ent. performance. It is our pleasure to be a part of a memorable day. Thank you!
